Data Accuracy
What Gets Counted
- Walking and running steps/distance
- Treadmill activity (if your tracker supports it)
- Cycling (some gauntlets only)
What Doesn't Count
- Manual entries in health apps
- Driving or passive movement
- Activity before you joined the gauntlet
Handling Duplicates
If you have multiple devices:
- Apple Health and Health Connect handle deduplication
- You won't be double-counted
- The platforms choose the most accurate source
